Join the DBIA Liberty Region and DDC for a webinar on February 1st. This webinar will feature members of the DDC Design Build team discussing how DDC has adapted to incorporate this new delivery method, what projects are already in progress using Design Build and upcoming projects and opportunities on how your company could work with DDC on these projects. There are currently 19 projects in DDC’s Design Build pipeline, some in a pilot program of infrastructure and public building projects and some in the multi-billion dollar Borough-Based Jails program that the agency is undertaking to enable the closure of Rikers Island by 2027. DDC recently completed its first Design Build project in the Borough-Based Jails program in 2.5 years, half the time it would have taken under the old Design Bid Build system.
